Travel is additional to every visit. Travel and client-related waiting time are charged at £10 per 15 minutes, plus mileage at 45p per mile. Return travel is quoted from south-west Sheffield and charged once per visit, including combined services. There is no free local travel allowance. Your quotation confirms the calculation and full expected cost before booking. No VAT is added.

Edited photographs may take up to a week. Interior and exterior coverage is included where appropriate. Combined-service discounts may be available by prior agreement.

Before the visit

How should I prepare?

Clean and declutter, open curtains, switch on working lights and put away personal items. Move vehicles from the driveway where possible. Our room-by-room checklist covers the details.

Can I use the photographs again?

Yes. Once payment has been received and the images produced, ownership of the delivered photographs passes to you, with no ongoing royalty charge.

Can I book photography with a floor plan or tour?

Yes. We arrange the services together where possible and charge travel once for that visit. Select all the services you need in the enquiry form.
