Ground-level photography cannot always show how a building sits within its plot. Aerial views help explain the relationship between the property and the space around it.
Drone photography is subject to weather, safe operating conditions and any necessary airspace permissions. Send us the postcode first so we can assess the location.
What is included?
- At least 10 exterior aerial photographs.
- Overhead and angled views where safe and appropriate.
- Edited JPG files, normally within a week.
- Ownership of delivered images after payment and production.
Travel is additional to every visit. Travel and client-related waiting time are charged at £10 per 15 minutes, plus mileage at 45p per mile. Return travel is quoted from south-west Sheffield and charged once per visit, including combined services. There is no free local travel allowance. Your quotation confirms the calculation and full expected cost before booking. No VAT is added.
Planning for the weather
Rain, strong winds or other unsafe conditions can prevent flying. We can reschedule the whole appointment at no additional charge to avoid separate trips. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, we refund the work not supplied.
