Travel is additional to every visit. Travel and client-related waiting time are charged at £10 per 15 minutes, plus mileage at 45p per mile. Return travel is quoted from south-west Sheffield and charged once per visit, including combined services. There is no free local travel allowance. Your quotation confirms the calculation and full expected cost before booking. No VAT is added.

We aim to deliver within two business days. The first year of hosting is included. Subsequent hosting costs £90 per year, payable in advance. You can cancel renewal at any time; the tour stays available until the paid period ends. Hosting payments are normally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Matterport questions

Will a tour help reduce unnecessary viewings?

It helps people assess the layout before travelling, so in-person viewings can be better informed. It does not guarantee enquiries, a sale or the quality of every viewer.

Can I add information or protect privacy?

Information tags can highlight features using text, images or video. Password protection and blurring may also be available; tell us what you need when requesting your quote.

Where is the tour hosted?

Matterport tours are hosted on Matterport’s platform. We provide a shareable link and iframe code for compatible websites. Check with your agent or listing platform about adding a tour link.

Can the model be transferred?

We can transfer the model to a compatible Matterport account free of charge. The receiving account then takes responsibility for hosting and any platform fees. While we host the tour, we retain ownership of the model and provide you with access.

Can you change the tour later?

Further editing may be chargeable. Changes to the physical property can require a new visit or scan. We’ll confirm the cost before proceeding.
