Travel is additional to every visit. Travel and client-related waiting time are charged at £10 per 15 minutes, plus mileage at 45p per mile. Return travel is quoted from south-west Sheffield and charged once per visit, including combined services. There is no free local travel allowance. Your quotation confirms the calculation and full expected cost before booking. No VAT is added.

3D plan and video estimates are for a standard-sized house. We confirm the price after reviewing the individual property. Combined-service discounts may be available by prior agreement.
Travel, waiting and payment
Time outside the shoot
Travel and client-related waiting are £10 per 15 minutes. This includes time waiting for agreed access or for the property to be ready. Your quote will specify how partial periods are calculated.
Mileage
Mileage is 45p per mile in addition to travel time. We quote return travel from south-west Sheffield, including local visits.
Payment
Payment is required in advance, using the payment link in your invoice. No payment is taken through this website’s enquiry form.
Example: a visit with 30 minutes’ total return travel and 10 miles’ total mileage adds £24.50 (£20 time + £4.50 mileage). Any client-related waiting is additional at the agreed rate.
